Returns

  • You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund upto 14 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
  • We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a shop but hygiene seals, tags and labels must not be removed from garments.
  • Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear.
  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds on grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality.
  • Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.

  • Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note. All returns will be dealt with within a 30 day period. After your refund has been actioned by us, please allow up to 3-5 working days for refunds to appear into your bank account. For any queries regarding when funds will arrive in your bank account after we have processed your refund, please contact your own banking institution for further information.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You must retain your proof of purchase. You do however, have a statutory duty throughout the cancellation period to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Failure to do so can lead to action being taken to recover funds against consumers who have breached their statutory duty. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
  • Please package your item(s) securely when making a return. You must ensure you enclose the original invoice/packing slip in the package. Failure to do so will cause delays in processing your return. If you have misplaced your invoice, then please enclose a note with your order number and identifying information.
  • When returning your item we advise you do so via a tracked/recorded courier service. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely. In the event your item gets lost on its way back to us, you will be able to claim from the courier. Please make sure you retain your proof of return.
  • If you choose to use an untracked service we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns and therefore will be unable to process your refund.
