After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from Lexi Fashion acknowledging that We have received your order. This email does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to Lexi Fashion to buy a Product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Lexi Fashion, and We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched.
The contract between you & Lexi Fashion will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation email. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. If you make a mistake with your order, you can correct any mistakes made by sending us an email prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed & dispatched you will not be able to amend your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the Products to us in accordance with our Returns Policy The Contract between you and Lexi Fashion will only relate to the products stated in the Dispatch Confirmation email.
We will not be held responsible to supply any other Products which may also have been part of your order until the dispatch of those said Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation email. When making an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us while ordering goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

The price payable for the Products will be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website include UK VAT but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance. You shall make payment according to the means specified on the Website and payment shall not be deemed made until We have received cleared funds of the full amount stated in the order.
Our prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which We have already accepted. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit & Mastercard. We also accept payments via PayPal. We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer card details with any 3rd parties.
We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods listed. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or the option of cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and provide you with a full refund. All prices are inclusive of U.K. VAT, where applicable, at the standard rate for U.K. customers.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, delivery address, billing address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Your contract with us as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. If you reside in the EEA, you may cancel a Contract any time within 14 days, as per the agreement. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales given, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
Please note that for next day delivery (UK Mainland Only), your order will have to be made before 2 p.m Monday to Thursday. Our order cut off time for next day delivery is 2 p.m For Saturday delivery (UK Mainland Only), your order will have to be made before 2 p.m Friday If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or leave a card through your letterbox, and you will have to pick up your parcel from the nearest Royal Mail depot. Please note: Next Working Day Delivery and Saturday delivery excludes the following postcodes; AB, BT, DD, EH, FK, GR, GY, H, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO, TR and ZE.
We are under no liability to accept claims for lost/delayed items in the post until 14 days have passed after despatch for items sent within U.K, and 25 days have passed for items sent outside of the UK. It is the your responsibility to provide us with accurate address details so that we can deliver in accordance with this contract. Claims for items lost/delayed will not be accepted if we have been provided with incorrect or inaccurate details. All claims for items not delivered must be made within 60 days of despatch. Once this time has expired we will not accept liability for lost parcels.
All items are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and either offer you an alternative product or a full refund. If we are unable to contact you in a reasonable amount of time we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Products ordered from Lexi Fashion for international delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied when your delivery reaches the specified country. You are responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. It is your responsibility to contact the customs office in the destination country for further information before placing your order. Lexi Fashion is not liable to pay any customs import duties and taxes levied by your destination country. Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Lexi Fashion Discount Codes entitle you to an extra percentage or value off your next online order from www.lexifashion.co.uk. To claim your discount, when in the shopping cart section of the website, there is a "Discount Code" box, which allows you to enter the promotional code in order to apply it to the order. Discount Codes can only be used once per customer, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, remain our property and are not transferable. There is no cash alternative. Discount codes exclude sale items & delivery charges. We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes and refuse or restrict any order at any time.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.
